Our Little Christmas Tree in front of Chad and Linda's House

Yesterday, we were walking around our neighborhood. Jackie said "Let's go by Chad and Linda's house to see if they're home." I agreed and we did. At first, we were just writing stuff in the snow, but I started to yodel. Turns out that they were home. So here comes Chad walking around the corner of the house. Jackie had thrown a plant in the middle of the snow which made Chad question what we were doing. Chad told us about a plant that was dead. After Chad had gone inside, we took the plant and put it in the middle of the road. It was pretty hard packing the snow, but we figured it out. We couldn't tell you how many cars drove around it. Chad started to laugh at us, but we thought that it was pretty funny too. Too bad Linda couldn't see. Jackie says that we should've taken a picture. I agree. This picture is the closest to our little tree.

GUADALUPE!!!!

I can't believe that we are almost to the most wonderful time of the year plus a new year! The year 2008 has its memories. On Friday the 19th, I had the chance to go to Guadalupe which is a school for underpriveliged children in SLC. It was an awesome experience. My partner and I had 3 kids to shop for. Their names were Courtney, Leo, and Pedro. I spent some time with all of them, but most of the time with Leo. Courtney was with my partner and Pedro just went and did his own thing. Leo was a really cute kid. The teacher made the kids write us thank you cards. As we left the school, I just thought about how sad their lives are. Some of the kids have multiple siblings at the school. The principal told us that some kids also have single parents, or have both parents working. It was great to be actually doing something good for them because they don't get Santa Claus. They get Viewmont High kids who volunteer to go. It was a great experience and it makes me want to do it all through high school. Hopefully more kids will go next year. After we had the kids open their gifts, we had an hour of one-on-one time with our kids. We got the boys some kinex. Leo and I made a castle with Pedro's kinex because not only could we not figure his out, but Pedro went and played with some other boys Indiana Jones toy. LAME! Yeah I know. I'm just glad that they were all happy. I will never forget Leo and the other kids, but Leo because he spent the most time with me. Thank You Leo! Merry Christmas to all who follow our blog.

So me and my friend Jayde went and saw Twilight on Saturday and I was surprised!
I mean, I thought I would be dissapointed, but I wasn't.
It wasn't too cheesy.
It followed the book pretty well,
and they were soooooooooooooooo in love!
Robert Pattinson (Edward) was pretty cute,
but I love James! He is one of the bad vampires who is played by Cam Gigandet.
Overall, I loved it and can't wait for New Moon!!!!

This month, my aunts introduced the website of jibjab.com to our family. Needless to say, we are all obsessed. Almost everybody in my family has a sendable of their own. Even Jackie has one. Jackie's is soooo funny it made me cry. She is dancing with Troy Boulton from High School Musical 3. My video is me diving in the Olympics. Out of all of the ones that are done, I think that Jackie's and my Grandparents are the best. I will try to put the link on so that you can all see. Linda, you will laugh your head off on Jackie's. I feel so big!

I can't believe that I have made it through 2 weeks of high school. It is awesome. We had our first late start on Friday of the second week. On late start, school doesn't start till 9:30. It was great to sleep in just a little longer. My classes are great. On A day I have gym, seminary, computer technology, and honors english. On B day I have world civ., geometry, biology, and choir. The one class I have to take is SRC. It is right after our 3/7 period. On friday, we also had our first football game. It was so much fun. I was kind of sad that we lost, but my friend said " I had fun, I cheered, and got into the game, I really don't care that we lost." Plus, beside high school, I got put in as the mia maid president. I'm really excited to help the girls of my class. I get set apart tomorrow at church. That's really exciting. Halloween is coming up. I have already started talking to my mom about trick-or-treating. Plus, I don't know why, but I have also started telling my mom what I want for Christmas to. Christmas is like 4 months away. In seminary, we have devotionals, I signed up for mine to be around halloween. I love my seminary class! You can tell we have some really spiritual kids at Viewmont. Well G2g.

We Are Still ALIVE!!!!!!!

BECCA: We're totally kidding, but we are alive. We have almost survived the whole summer. Let's see if I can survive High School. The school totally gave me two different classes at separate sides of the school. That sucks! My mom says that I can't get a U for citizenship. Hopefully I can figure all this stuff out at Sophomore Day. It's next Wednesday at 10:00 to 12:00. How fun! JK. So, I went to Lagoon with some friends on Tuesday, and got the worst sunburn ever. It hurts really bad. On Saturday, my blogger friend Jackie and I are going with Chelsea and the Elders Quorum to Pineview to go boating. Last year wasn't the best experience for Jackie. BOO HOO Jackie. You're going to go. Grandma Jackie shouldn't let her into her house. Jackie says she will understand but, that's the stupidest answer I have heard in my almost whole lifetime. Jackie, I am not stupidest. I have a new definition for ASAP. It means Act Swiftly Awesome Pacaderm. I got that off Horton hears a Who. That is what he thinks it means. Well to all you Awesome Pacaderms out there, I've got to go so Jackie can write. Who cares about her right now. She thinks that she's going to become popular with me talking about her so much. Dance, Dance, Dance!

So I watched step up 2 like a million times last week. It is so amazing! I love their style of dancing. It looks pretty tricky. Anywho I love the kid who plays Robert Alexander III (aka Moose) He is so cute! I love how he dances!

Becca liked it too but, she likes Chase (Robert Hoffman.) Becca thinks he is a total hottie. I'm not interested. But, that sucks for Becca because he is like 28 years old. lol

Okay so me and Becca were thinking about funny diets. We heard of one called The Ice Cube Diet. Lol!

All you have to do is suck on an Ice cube and you're suppose to lose .26 pounds. Wow! That sounds pretty healthy! JK!

Wicked Awesome

What an experience!!! It was my first time! And it was AWESOME!
On July fourth I, Jackie Olsen, 16 years of age, resident of Bountiful, Junior at Viewmont High School, RODE WICKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(didn't see that comin' did ya!)
I was so-o freakin' scared, I was about to have a panic attack just standing in line but, I went on it and I loved it. I now declare, I(Jackie Olsen) am not afraid anymore! I have seen the light! I feel so brave and have conquered (one) of my fears.
In one week I am going to Las Vegas with my fam, and neighbors. I am so-o excited! I am gonna go swimming and shopping and hopefully get tan:) HA YA RIGHT!

July! What a busy month/year

Summer is so freakin' boring at times. The 4th of July was pretty good. We went to the parade, had a BBQ with family, spent time at home, and watched fireworks. On July 9-11 my ward is going to youth conference. We are going to the Spruces somewhere in a Cottonwood Canyon (little or big, we don't know the difference). A couple of weeks after is the 24th of July. Me and some friends are walking in the Handcart Days parade. Jackie is going to be awesome at waving like a princess. 2 days after that is my birthday! I'm so freakin' excited. I'm going to be the big 15. The sad thing is that my 16th birthday is on a Sunday. Yay me. JK. On my birthday, we are probably going to the Park City outlets. We are going to buy school clothes for High School. Pretty scary. I'm really nervous. School starts in August at the end of the month. I don't know what exact date. I'll still live this summer like it's the best though. Even though it's not. The summer after my senior year is going to be the best. I love all my viewers! THANK YOU!

Twilight is 6 months away!

Twilight is 6 freakin' months away! We are so excited. We chose that we are going to get midnight tickets. The guy who plays Edward Cullen is so freaking ugly! He has really hairy eyebrows. Kellen Lutz plays Emmett Cullen who is way hotter than Robert Pattinson who plays Edward. He's eventually kind of cute in the movie. Kellen is still hotter. We love him to death.

Okay so I am very aware that John Chad Campbell is going to Freakin' Africa without ME!!!!!!!!! I am quite sad and disappointed. But, oh well, I am sure I will get over it.

I loved Biology in High School. It just fascinated the CRAP out of me! (lol) As some people may know I want to become a Marine Biologist and work in New York. So before I get my million dollar, HOT, SPORTS car, I am going to buy a high-tech Microscope! TADA! That's it. I really, really, really want one. It would be so-o cool to look at everything magnified 100 times.

Girls Camp and Youth Conference

Jackie and I are so excited for girls camp. It happens the 23-27 of June. We are going to Heber Valley. A couple of weeks after, we are going to Youth Conference. For youth conference, we are going to the Spruces up Little Cottonwood Canyon. It's going to be awesome. Our friend can't go to youth conference because she has basketball camp. How boring is it going to be now? (Kayla if you are reading this, I really mean it!) She is spending the whole week at BYU. Before Jackie and I leave for youth conference, we're going to Lagoon with our friend Chelsea, and are going to Lagoon A Beach. We want to go on the body slides. Jackie doesn't want to, but she will when she'll be all alone. This summer, we're also going to try to ride the Sky Coaster at Lagoon. Jackie may be scared of Wicked, but this scares me even more. Those our are summer plans for the next few weeks, so we aren't bored! Yay!

Lagoon and summer plans

BECCA: Yesterday, Jackie, Chelsea, and I got our season passes to Lagoon. We had so much fun. The Samurai was up and working again, so it was fun to ride that this time. Jackie still won't ride Wicked because she is scared. She said that she'll ride it this Summer, but we'll see if that happens. I bet you it won't! Jackie and I are also excited to go volunteer at the hospital!

JACKIE: HA! HA! Just watch I will get on that ride........................... But, Lagoon was fun and I am glad I went. This summer is going to be full of Lagoon trips (maybe even with Chad and Linda!) Today I went to the Dentist and Kohls. It was lots of fun. I got cute clothes and a new toothbrush. It is light pink! SO FETCH! I'm excited for young women's tonight! We are doing vinyl lettering on tiles. It's going to go in my room (when i get my room redone!) Me and Becca are also going to watch a show called A Haunting all summer long.

REBECCA: School has gotten out for the summer. I am very excited for high school! My walking buddy is going to be my blog partner Jackie. Today was my little sister's birthday. She just turned 1 years old. It was a great day. On Monday, we are going to get our Lagoon season pass. My friends Jackie and Chelsea are going to get one. I'm very excited. This summer, i'm spending my days at Bangerter's farm. I've worked there for so long, i'll probably work there for a living. How boring. The reason i work there is cause is to young to get a real job. How sad is that. I'm bored just like Jackie. Tata for now. Blog again later!

JACKIE: I am kinda sad school is out but, I can't wait for next year! This summer is going to be a blast! I am applying for a job at Dick's Bakery. I am outraged by the gas prices! Holy crap! We're Good!

This is our very first blog. We are so freakin' excited and proud we finally figured this stuff out.
We created this on memorial day at 7:07 p.m. in Becca's living room.
School is almost out and we absolutely can't wait till summer gets here. We have tons of fun stuff planned like girl's camp, lagoon, and youth conference, drawing with chalk, and singing. We are going to the Spruces and Heber Valley for our camping. Becca's little sister turns the big number 1 on Sunday. We are so excited. Mrs. Linda Campbell is gone so we are very bored. She is in Iowa visiting her fam. according to her. Jackie really hates school, and needs a boyfriend, job, and money. Life for Becca is SWEET! She is so not excited for high school! She cannot date till the summer before she's a junior. How sad for her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jackie is going to end up that way too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL! Jackie loves dresses, and Becca wants a real diamond ring, but that is NOT going to happen til' she gets married. In around 7 years. HOPEFULLY! We have nothing else to say right now because dinner is done and Becca's sister is screaming her head off. Jackie says good night and Becca says So long for right now.
