The End of Summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I literally cannot believe that summer has almost officially come and gone. I'm going to be a junior and Jackie is going to be a senior. Yes I know, we're getting old. This summer was an absolute blast for me! I did so much that i wanted to do. I went to EFY which was an awesome experience. I also went to girl's camp which was an absolute blast! And last, but not least, i went on trek! Trek was amazing! Words cannot express how amazing it was. I literally had the BEST family EVER, but I love my real mom and dad A LOT better! I'm not saying that my trek ma and pa weren't good because they were amazing and a whole lot of fun, but while i was there, I just really missed my real family. We had a game day at trek which was wicked awesome! My family was a real team that could work together unlike some of the other families( no offense to Jane's family)! This whole trek experience really made me understand what the pioneers had to go through. One of the hardest times was the women's pull. I heard a lot of the guys say that it was really hard to watch us because they all just wanted to help us up the hill. After the women's pull, it was great because it was all mostly downhill from there! All in all, I had an absolute blast! I'm really sad that summer has come and gone, but now I can get a job! My friends have made my summer awesome and I thank them for that! I can't believe that i'm actually posting because it's been forever since my last post! Thank you so much for reading this, but i'm all out of words to say!

Last week of school plus a summer full of fun!

I can't believe that it is the last week of school. It's kind of hard keeping the grades up and everything but it's worth it. Plus I am officially a member of the Bountiful City Youth Council. That was a lot of hard work in the interview process alone, but it will be worth it. I also am the Viewmont High School student liason for the council. I'm way excited. Anyway this summer is packed. I'm working at my mom's office and Bangerter's. I am going to girls camp, trek, and EFY, plus all of the things youth council is doing like the handcart days parade. Fun Fun. Plus next year i'll be able to drive and go to the dances. It's way exciting. Anyway back to youth council, I'm just so excited. There are a lot of great kids on the council and it's going to be an awesome experience plus a whole lot of new friends. Well, I don't have a whole lot left to say, but thank you for following our blog!

Jackie and Becca are going to Mexico!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As everyone knows or will now find out, we are going to Mexico in November. We can't wait. We are going to miss 2 days of school. We will be giving service in the Slums of Mexico. We are going to be with all of our friends, but Jackie will not be with her LOVER Kyle. He is older and sophisticated. Anyways we have to go before Jackie deletes this.

Spring Break!

I can't believe that it is almost spring break. Kidding I can, but I can't believe it's almost the end of the school year. I'm so excited! My grades are looking somewhat good. I got to drive on legacy and it was absolutely SCARY! I have to say though, I did pretty good. Summer is almost here and i can't wait. I want to feel the sunshine on my skin. I want to go to Lagoon with my friends(specifically Jackie, Jane, Kayla, Ashley, Jamie, and Chelsea)! I've got so much to do this summer. I am going to go to girl's camp, trek, and EFY. I am also applying for the Bountiful City Youth Council. I'm so excited. I really hope that I make it. It's going to be a lot of work, but even the application was a lot of work, but the worst part is now over. I just need my letter of recomendation, a picture, and I need to sign up for an interview time. It sounds like a lot of fun. It'll be a blast if I do make it. I talked to a friends who's on the Centerville City Youth Council and she said that I should go into my interview all happy and willing to serve. I turned to her and said Laura, I'm always happy. She said yeah that's true. I think I have a great chance of making it, but if I don't, then it's not my time to do it. I just really hope that I do. Anyways, I totally just went off topic. Back to summer. I am so excited to go swimming and hanging out with friends. For spring break, my family is going to go up to Logan. I don't even know what is in Logan so I asked my mom. After she told me, I understood what is there. I'm excited to go. It sounds like it'll be a lot of fun. My family was planning of going to Disneyland, but we decided that it would be way too packed, so we decided to go to Logan. We also are going to get season passes to Lagoon and the Recreation Center. We are also getting a wii, in which I am very excited to have. I already told Jackie that we're going to make her a mii. As of right now, I'm going to slow down and enjoy what I have while this school year is getting close to and end. AHH! I can't believe it. Anyways, I love life and you should too.

WOW! This School Year Has Gone By!

I can't believe that my sophomore year is almost 3/4 over. It is so exciting. Plus I'm trying to get my personal progress by the time I'm a junior. In exactly 2 weeks, I'm going to be done with Divine Nature. I think that that one is the worst of all them. It doesn't have any fun required ones, but neither do any of the others. It's pretty exciting. This summer is full of activities. I will be going to EFY, girl's camp, trek, my birthday, and I might take drivers ed. I will also be working at Bangerter's for one more year. I'm way excited for summer. I will also be getting my license. Oh my goodness, I can't believe it. It's pretty exciting when I get to drive, but i make my dad nervous at times. He still thinks that I'm pretty good. I have driven him to the DI, Viewmont, up to the temple with my family. It's great. It still shocks me on how I'm almost done with my sophomore year. After this, it's a road to success. Anyways, thanks for following this blog. It's been a pretty boring one since we don't update it as often, but I hope that you enjoy it.
